Auroris OCT: Reunion (Event One)

Terry frowned, gently pulling the blanket further up the young girl shivering in her sleep. He instantly regretted the action, as his face throbbed from the large bruise on his check.

He winced, drawing Penny's concerned expression to him. Terry shook his head, "I'm alright, Penny. Arkas just hits hard..."

Terry recalled the events after the explosion until now vividly.

Not long after those still in command took control and began organising people, Terry joined Professor Novak and others in creating a base camp.

As some ventured into the ruins for Survivors of the poke'mon and human variety, Terry went to assist in reuniting people with their poke'mon. It wasn't long before people arrived with newly rescued poke'mon, and the hard work began.

Amongst these poke'mon, to Terry's delight and shock, was Arkas.

Alarmed and disorientated, the poke'mon began to display signs of serious stress. Which was why when Terry launched forward to embrace the Frogadier and burst into relieved tears, that Arkas lashed out.

Terry struggled to get him back inside his poke'ball without too much more of a scene, feeling sheepish and very stupid. How was he going to explain to the Frogadier what had happened?

Afterwards, Terry went back to work reuniting people and poke'mon until they had run out and then joined in on helping the orphaned survivors.

Terry shook his head, and rose from his spot, with Penny following his every action as he tip toed from the hall. Anything to have a moments silent contemplation.

He removed Arkas' ball from his pocket and then sighed. What was he going to tell him?

But no answer came. He stared at the ball and thought.

Sorry about the quality difference, I had to start using a new art programme that i'm still getting used to after my old one died.

What will Terry do now? And what is going to happen in the next event? We shall see
